Partnerships play a key role in bringing the WAYFYNDERS system to life.

Recently, members of the first PAYRISE cohort had the opportunity to spend two weeks gaining real-world experience with All Heart NZ, working within a professional environment and learning directly through hands-on participation.

Throughout the placement, cadets stepped into new challenges, developed practical workplace skills, and experienced the expectations and rhythm of a real organisation.

Experiences like this help rangatahi build confidence while gaining insight into the kinds of pathways that may lie ahead.
